How to Brew Xiao Qing Gan Pu-erh Tea
What You’ll Need:
• 1 whole Xiao Qing Gan tea ball
• Hot water (ideal temperature: 194°F–203°F / 90°C–95°C)
Step 1 – Rinse the Tea:
Give the tea ball a quick 5-second rinse with hot water, then pour out the water. This helps clean the surface and wake up the flavor.
Step 2 – Steep:
Place the tea ball in a mug or teapot. add appropriate amount of hot water,and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
Multiple Brews:
Each tea ball can be steeped 5 to 8 times. The flavor evolves with each cup.
